I was a fat kid and my entire adult life I’ve struggled to lean out my mid section. My biggest challenge was my ‘LOVE HANDLES’. For 30 years I’ve been doing some sort of exercise! You name it – Crossfit, HIIT, running, weight lifting and biking! Then there were the meal plans and diets. No carbs, low carbs, NO BREAD, NO PASTA, No Deserts! I’d loose some weight here and there but never lean out my mid section and get rid of those stubborn “love handles”!
Then, a friend referred me to Peter. I was hesitant at first so I opted to start with a one-time call. I was sold after talking to him! This is what did it – “Cut back on your cardio and don’t eliminate any food or food category. Just make it fit in the macros.” WTF? Really?
I did 3 months of nutrition only and was blown away at the results. I then opted to extend for an additional 6 months of nutrition and workouts. By month 2 of the 6 month plan with Peter – my love handles were gone! On May 26, 2017 – I said something to a nutritionist/trainer that I’ve never said before IN MY LIFE…. “I’m happy with the way that I look and have hit my target weight, can we do on a maintenance plan now?” Keep in mind that I did this while being able to eat FRIED CHICKEN AND MAC AND CHEESE, Bread, Gelato, Pizza, Cake, & Pasta! Granted – I didn’t eat it every day – most days were a lot of chicken sandwiches, yogurt, salads, toast with pb &J, and hard boiled eggs. But I always felt like I could have a treat which made it manageable mentally!
Peter was there – via email – almost instantly with feedback on workout videos for form; feedback on weekly results with suggestions; and the encouragement to keep pushing to my goal to see those last few pounds come off and see my mid section lean out.
He’s a genius. I’ve recommended him to everyone I know.
