Up until this winter, I never thought I would be that person that would gain a bunch of weight and feel ashamed because of it, but I was. I gained a ton of unnecessary baggage, eating everything in sight and having no control of my eating habits. I went from being fit to overweight in just a few months. Through all of the negative feelings I had about my body, I stopped feeling sorry for myself and decided to do something about it. Almost 5 months later I am 27 lbs down, and couldn’t be happier… I’m not posting this to brag and gloat, but rather to share my story with you guys, showing that it is possible to achieve anything. All is takes is hard work, dedication, and consistency. Thank you to my amazing coach Peter Fitchen for your knowledge, expertise, and coaching style as well as always holding me accountable! I can’t wait to see where this next 6 months takes me!
