I had bought into the lie that some people just look flabby and can’t ever be thin and see that “6 pack” again. After college I saw my slim build start to get not so slim. At my heaviest I weighed 200 lbs. I was averaging 185 lbs and had gotten to around 175 lbs on my own but could not get any lower . I have a friend who is a personal trainer, and he showed me pictures of a contest he did and how he had used Dr. Peter to get ready for the show. Wanting to get my “6 pack” back and having stalled out on my own, I reached out to Dr. Peter for help. To be honest, at first, I didn’t think even he could get me to see my abs again. I am so glad I did! Dr. Peter is very knowledgeable about nutrition and workouts. I was approximately 175 lbs when I started toward the end of February. 3 months later toward the end of May I am 161 lbs. I am happy to say I can see my abs again! It’s probably been about 15 years since I’ve had abs. I can’t thank Dr. Peter enough for his encouragement and accountability over the last 3 months. Without him I could not have done it! Thanks Doc!
