When I first started with Fitbody and Physique, I was on a paleo diet for 6 months with very little muscle and no knowledge on proper nutrition and lifting. I had just broken up with an ex boyfriend of mine and I was extremely unhealthy and thought that working out 6 times a week doing endless cardio on a low carb diet, would change my body composition. I came to Peter with the fear of gaining weight and the desire to build more muscle. Peter was the first coach I had ever worked with and I was skeptical of implementing carbs back in my diet and lifting heavy. Peter took the time to listen to my situation and was very receptive to my fitness goals. Within the year that I have worked with Fitbody and Physique, I was able to put on a decent amount of lower body muscle and cut down to a weight I was happy with. Not only did I learn about my body, but I also learned how to trust the process and be patient with my fitness journey. Peter was amazing with answering emails and helping me stay on track weekly. He was professional, yet supportive, during my entire journey and always kept my end goal in mind while making sure my body was in a healthy place, mentally and physically. Over the course of the year, I was able to loose 12lbs and change my body composition successfully without loosing much strength at the gym. Not only has he helped me achieve my goals but he made the process enjoyable and my love for this sport grow even more! The knowledge I obtained is priceless and I will carry it with me forever, I highly recommend Fitbody and Physique for any fitness goal in mind.
